Reconnect, Rebuild & Strengthen Your Relationship with Proven Gottman Method Couples Therapy
Is your relationship struggling with communication, trust, or emotional disconnection?
You’re not alone. Every couple faces challenges, but the difference between thriving and barely surviving lies in how you navigate them. With the Gottman Method, a research-backed approach designed to strengthen relationships, you and your partner can rebuild connection, improve communication, and rediscover what brought you together in the first place.
Couples Therapy – Ending the Stigma
Research shows that couples wait an average of 2.5 years before seeking help with their marital problems, even though prevention is three times more effective than intervention. If you’re wondering whether couples therapy could benefit your relationship, now is the time to explore your options.
I’m Kyssanda, a relationship coach and counsellor based in Echuca, providing couples therapy to clients in Echuca, Moama, Melbourne, and beyond via online sessions. Read on to understand how therapy can help you and your partner heal, grow, and move forward together.
